rain never seems to be too far away these days. Making it almost impossible for Miss Penny and her pinwheel to find a springtime breeze! But never you mind the rain,
grab an umbrella and splish splash your way over to the B&B for some afternoon tea!

New Arrivals...

The feather pillows are as light and fluffy as can be...ready and waiting for our newest guests...who will arrived here shortly.

Miss Collette & her little sister, Annabelle just blew into town with the rain....
Michelle and myself picked them both up down at the train...

It's always so good to see our dear friends....young and old alike...
shared memories, reminiscing is such a delight!

Everyone is invited to drop by for tea...and meet these two delightful ladies!

Spring Time Blessings~

Delicately fragrant Lilac perfumes the air...
Iris bloom a-plenty near the garden walk...
I can hear the old porch swing yawn...as the girls
sit and talk.
Spring time is lovely....dressed in her emerald
best....
We are thankful for our bounty and are truly blessed.

Just a Note...

The Doll Whisperer's B&B has become somewhat of a doll making factory....sorry for the absence of our voice but our schedule is demanding as can be.....private commissions, upcoming shows, contest submissions to mention a few...keep us busy morning, noon and night. We hope everyone is having a lovely holiday weekend and doing alright!

Farewell Memories

The old grandfather clock keeps ticking...
just down the hall.....
my sleepy tabby stretches....yawns...bored with it all.
The B&B is quiet...on this lonely day.....
All the girls have packed...going on their way.
No time to weep...little time to spare..
With a sigh...we tuck our memories inside our heart
one by one...like feathers in a favorite pillow...a soft
cushion to pause...and share...a moment to revisit our
loved ones...even when they're not there.

Garden Party Meet and Greet!

Lilac perfumed the air...
Melodies floated on the breeze...
The girls gathered in the garden to laugh and sing.
Miss Daisy arrived this evening...
Our friend bouquet now complete...

Tea With Miss Lily

The Doll Whisperer's screen porch must be weary...

the hinges got a work out today...people coming and going

some near...some far away.

Miss Lily was in enchanting...she had so many stories to share...

we all sat around listening...perched on the edge of our chairs.

My the many places she's traveled and oh the sights she's seen...

Some say she's been to England...and even courted the queen!

The hours simply flew by...Rose and Lily are giggling late into the night...such good friends the two of them...trading secrets and so...

Rumor has it....Miss Lily whispers-- she may even have a beau!
